We just finished the set up of our new production and filling vessel.
With these new installations, we will be able to increase our production performance due to:
📋 a bigger capacity by using high volume vessels (5000L compared to 2000L today)
📋 more efficiency (bulk manufacturing and filling will be done in parallel)
📋 a higher level of automisation in cleaning, sterilisation, mixing, heating/cooling, product transfer between vessels, etc.
📋 a fixed CIP installation
📋 the application of the latest isolator based product dosing technology in pharmaceutical manufacturing
